Starsparks Yoga Journey
I first encountered yoga as a teenager in Australia. After practising for nearly 20 years, while travelling the world, I decided to train as a yoga teacher in Canada.
Since then, I have benefitted from a range of teaching experiences such as prisons to schools, from babies to the elderly and everything in between.
Currently, I teach my own unique style of yoga in Stonehaven, Scotland and received government funding to open The Haven, a wellbeing space in the heart of Stonehaven.
Yoga Class Information
All classes are bookable online. Registration required for children and teen classes. Adult classes are available for block or drop in booking.
If classes are full please add yourself to the waitlist which is available booking online via Reservie.
Starsparks is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Where to find us
All Yoga classes are held at “The Haven” which is upstairs within the Market Square buildings in Stonehaven.
